Leaders, take an additional moment in orientation not to unintentionally leave students in understanding the leadership roles and responsibilities.

 

"If you don't know the purpose of something, you just might misuse it." 

 

Keep the information in front of them in offices, hallways, cafeteria, etc.  

 

When you least expect it they will understand with the constant reminders, leadership's there to "get me to the finish line."
