Kevin co-authored the FACS Youth Intervention Series “Developing Critical Skills for Changed Behavior” for the FACS Program of Houston.

Kevin graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a BArch degree in Architecture and MCD degree in Community Development.

Morrell, former Director P-3 Consultant Services was involved in training adults, youth and children since 1990. His training experiences came from corporate training.
